Day 12: Whitehorse, Yukon Territory

Today we drove about 5 hours to Whitehorse. We ate breakfast in the car consisting of strawberry with sprinkle pop tarts and an apple :) The place we stayed did not offer breakfast, and there were no restaurants in Watson Lake for breakfast. We stopped at the Sign Post Forest on our way out of town - 60,000+ signs and license plates that people have tacked up on big wooden poles over the years as they have traveled through. It didn't take us long to find one from Clemson :) We got to Whitehorse and were stayed at the Yukon Inn. We ate dinner at Klondike Rib and Salmon Barbeque - a new restaurant in town that was fantastic! We walked along the river for awhile and then headed back to the room to watch some of the olympics!
